Mahmoud Serag is a 13 years experienced trainer and instructional designer, he has developed

thousands of hours in the HR sector especially in the training field in different industries, nationalities, and

countries, he has extensive experience and skillful at designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating technical and soft-skills training programs and workshops, that fulfill companies’ needs, by applying performance and training needs analysis, identifying gaps, followed by creating a development plan to fulfill the defined gaps, throughout designing, delivering the needed training programs using a well-developed training kit (PPT and Participant guide), follow up and evaluate/assess the outcome of an agreed action plan. 

He simply aims at improving people's quality of life through improving their skills.

Serag is a very professional Microsoft Office Applications’ Trainer as well, over those years of experience, he has worked with different clients with different needs that allowed him to become a consultant and skilled person in this field.

Moreover, he has worked as a trainer in the FGF, providing and guiding youth to develop and enhance

their skills and enhance their readiness level for the market and be able to perform better in their future jobs.

For the last 5 years, he was working in different industries and companies to develop and improve

their social media interactions, e-mail, and business writing, as well as any written communication channel. 

He has delivered business writing training to hundreds of employees.
