About Us

As women are half of the society supporting the other half, gender shouldn’t be a factor in making a good leader, only the personality traits and strengths are the main factors in determining the leadership abilities .

The empowerment and autonomy of women and the improvement of their political, social, economic, and health status is a highly important end in itself. In addition, it is essential for the achievement of sustainable development.

In 2022, Egypt's female population amounted to approximately 49.8%. and since Only (41) companies are led by women according to Fortune 500 (2021) compared to (459) men.

As we at I-Gamify works for the SDGs and when we went through Goal Number 5 Gender equality we decided to Launch Lead with the Yang Initiative
